Operational Readiness for Carbon Reduction Initiatives

As part of IOC’s initiative to enhance operational sustainability, trajectorE provided end-to-end Operational Readiness support. The project scope included overall OR scoping & planning, equipment criticality assessments, and a maintenance strategy. trajectorE also created Standard Work Instructions, Preventative Maintenance routines, and a Bill of Materials, ensuring seamless SAP upload and operational integration. reference project

Operational Readiness is often overlooked in projects, but it’s crucial. trajectorE supported us by providing a tool for tracking over 204 OR elements on one of our projects. They helped populate the tool with all relevant stakeholders and trained the team on how to use it. The feedback from the project manager is that it’s comprehensive and covers all aspects. Communication with different stakeholders and having a dedicated person to manage OR activities are critical. Thank you to trajectorE for partnering with us on this.”
