trajectorE has been engaged by South32 as the Owner’s Engineering Advisor to provide technical support and guidance for the advancement the processing production plant design of the Hermosa project in Santa Cruz County, Arizona. The Clark deposit offers the opportunity to supply battery-grade manganese to the rapidly expanding North American EV supply chain and reduce dependence on foreign sources.

Rock Tech Lithium (RCK) Inc. had evaluated converter technology for the development of the next Lithium Hydroxide Monohydrate (LHM) converter to advance the Georgia Lake spodumene project. trajectorE had been engaged to conduct a high-level review and assessment of process options for a lithium hydroxide processing facility utilizing worldwide lithium processes. The assessment included a side-by-side comparison of each process, differences, risks, and benefits, with pricing estimates based on available data and industry standards. The assessment was considered accurate in terms of relativity as compared to actual costs and satisfied the needs of the client.

trajectorE is currently providing Operational Readiness (OR) support for IOC’s Electrode Boiler Project, a critical project of IOC’s initiative to reduce its carbon footprint and enhance fuel efficiency. This project involves installing an electric boiler, advanced instrumentation, and fuel-efficient burners to replace heavy fuel oil boilers and reduce oil consumption with a target of reduction of nearly 2.2 million tons of greenhouse gas emissions, eliminating approximately 9% of IOC’s emissions. trajectorE’s OR services are integral to ensuring the successful integration of these new technologies into IOC’s operations, aligning with their broader goal of achieving net zero emissions by 2050.
