Andrew Sinclair, PEng, PMP, MBA

Founder & CEO

Andrew founded trajectorE in 2016 after more than 15 years of successfully executing numerous engineering, construction, technology and business process improvement projects. He has been a work package team leader on multiple $1B+ mega-projects, from the pre-feasibility stage through to operations ramp-up. Also an experienced program manager, he established and ran the Project Management Office (PMO) for one of the largest industrial facilities in Canada.

Andrew holds an engineering degree, an MBA and a masters in project management. He is licensed as a Professional Engineer, a Project Management Professional and sits on the board of directors for the Newfoundland & Labrador chapter of the Project Management Institute.

Mike Norman, PTech, PMP

Business Development Manager

Mike has over 10 years experience across the country successfully executing numerous construction, commissioning and technology projects in industries such as oil and gas, mining, government and public works. Starting as technician then gravitating into the Quality world, which lead to becoming a Quality Assurance consultant. From there, Mike became a key member of the project management team of a multi-phase billion dollar project.

Mike holds a journeyman certificate, an engineering technology diploma (honours) and a masters in project management. He is a certified Professional Technologist and a Project Management Professional.

Brian Kavanagh

Asset Management & Maintenance Lead

Brian brings 30+ years technical & hands on maintenance related experience to trajectorE from several industry sectors including manufacturing, mining, pulp & paper and the Canadian Armed Forces. After a successful military (navy) career Brian moved to the private sector and has held multiple positions with several industry leaders from a journey person to the maintenance manager of a $750 million mining development in Northern Labrador, during which he specialized in the field of Reliability. 

Brian completed a combined Marine & Mechanical Engineering Technology program, holds a Third Class journeyperson certificate in Power Engineering along with multiple specialized courses in the field of Reliability and Maintenance Management.
